Bead Mill Screens

During the pigment milling process, slurry containing pigments and dispersants is mixed and ground using ceramic or glass beads inside the bead mill chamber. The wedge wire filtration screen, installed at the slurry outlet, allows only the finely ground pigment slurry to pass through, while retaining the beads.
