Their worm wheel and gear housing are crafted from graded cast iron, ensuring high structural strength and resistance to wear. The worm shaft (EN-19) and drive shaft (EN-9 or S.S. 410) offer exceptional mechanical reliability. Additionally, the use of gun metal bushes and premium bearings enhances efficiency and reduces downtime.
All units are custom-designed to match individual clarifier configurations, offering performance tailored to plant-specific needs — combining cost-efficiency with engineering precision.
