There are more than 100 installations of our Drum Filters & Clarifiers. We have specialized and gained rich experience in this field. MULTITECH Rotary screen

Rotary screen offers, Continuous juice screening effected on a wedge type screen fitted on a cylindrical drum mounted in horizontal position with appropriate slope toward non-drive end.. The dynamic movement of screen allows utilization of smaller size wedge bar opening for removal of even the smallest bagacilloparticle from mill juice. The diameter, the length of the screen, the speed of the rotating screen and its inclination are such designed that the projectile formed by the solids remaining on the screen facilitates complete drainage of juice. The direction of rotation of screen is such decided that maximum juice is removed in the first 30% section of the screen and the balance de-watering takes place in the remaining 70% of screening area. As a standard accessory, special design feature of cleaning the screen periodically by automatic application of hot water through flat cone nozzle ensures clean screen surface throughout the operation period

More than 100 installations in india & Overseas Rotary Vacuum Filter with added Advantages MULTITECH Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter with Anti-run Back Design has a rugged construction and is specially designed for the sugar industry. The filter drum of stainless stell construction is sugar industry. The filter drum of stainless steel construction is equipped with stainless steel deckings/ polypropylene open lattice grids, floating segemented scrapper, heavy dut agitator and efficient lubrication system. The automatic value can be adjusted to create higher vacuum in the washing zone for discharge of dry cake. Segmented floating scrapper is provided for proper cake removal with minimum screen wear. The filters are manufactured in 2.44 m (8 feet) dia. to 4.27 M(14 feet) dia. with lengths to suit customer requirements. MULTITECH Cane Juice Clarifier

Cane Juice clarifier with in-built features The new improved design of MULTITECH Cane Juice Clarifier settles juice at a faster rate and has sufficient volume to handle refractory juices, achieving maximum juice clarity and optimum density of underflow. The Drive head is ruggedly designed and is maintenance free. The Clarifiers are manufactured in different sizes to suit specific requirement from 4.27M (14 feet) to 12.2M (40 feet) diameter, capacity ranging from 800 HL to 8000 HL. Salient Features Each Chamber is 1.5M (5 feet) high convenient for cleaning and maintenance. Improved design for clearer & brighter juice with facility for operating Clarifier partially full to accommodate plant capacity at all levels of crushing. Effective mud seal arrangement to prevent mixing of settled mud with clear juice. Complete auto dosing systme for flocculants. Provission for variable speed possible. The Clarifier can be supplied with 5,4 or 3 chambers or 4 chambers clarifier with independen operation from 4 the Chamber and 3rd Chamber as well.

MULTITECH Drive Heads of rugged construction with least maintenance are suitable for Cane Juice Clarifiers up to 42 feet diameter. Outside diameter of the Drive Gears ranging from 700 mm to 2000 mm suitable for Center Tube 500 mm to 1200 mm O.D. These Drive Heads are suitable for 3-4 and 5 chambers Clarifiers. Hardened Chrome Steel Balls and High Grade Sprign Steel Races are used for smooth and trouble free runing of the Drive Gears with better life. The teeth of the Drive Gears are machined for positive drive. Worm Wheel and Gear Housing are of Graded Cast Iron, precisely machined for trouble free performance. Worm of EN -19, Drive Shaft of EN-9 / S.S -410 construction & Gun Metal Bushes are of best quality. The Bearings used are only genuine bearnings of Reputed Brands. All Our Equipments are custom designed & tailored to meet individual needs economically.

MULTITECH Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter with belt discharge

Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter with belt discharge has been developed in association with Institute of Mining & Fuel Research(erstwhile C.F.R.) for dewatering of coal slurry. Proven benefits include superior belt handling and tracking, more compact discharge, dryer cakes, longer belt life, minimum operative attention, maximum capacity, maximum filter area utilization, minimum maintenance downtime and cleaner operation. Filter areas range from 20 to 70 Sqm and coal slurry handling capacity from 7 to 25 MT per hour. The Filter drum is equipped with stainless steel dovetail division strips, polypropylene drainage deckings , covered with a synthetic media belt for uniform and faster filtration. Oscillating type agitator provides homogenous slury in the filter trough. The well designed Automatic Rotary Valve controlls the pickup, dewatering and discharge zones in an efficient manner.The low moisture cake is discharged by the belt discharge mechanism.

MULTITECH GRANULATOR

The machine has a heavy metal box in which a rotor with two types of breaking rings rotates with a moderate speed and a breaker plate is fixed on the robust body. It has a Screening chamber for required size production. All breaking and screening parts are made of high Manganese Steel for strength and longer life. These are easily replaceable. There is provision of gap adjustment which helps to adjust product size as required. The rotor is balanced with V Pulley and Fly Wheel is rigidly fixed and rotated with Heavy Duty Spherical Roller Bearings for trouble free production.
