Description

MULTITECH- Hydro Cyclone Washery Plant is fed coal of lump size (-) 200mm. It is crushed by a Granulator to (-) 12mm which is fed to Sized Coal Bunker. Reciprocating Feeder under the Bunker transmit coal to1st Pyramid Tank. The Coal Slurry from 1st Pyramid Tank is fed into Primary Cyclone through 1st Slurry Pump. The underflow of Cyclone is Refuse and is recycled to Secondary Cyclone with the help of 2nd Pyramid Tank & Slurry Pump. The overflow of Primary & Secondary Cyclones produce Clean Coal, collected through Stainless Steel Sieve Bends. The Secondary Cyclone Refuse is recycled through 3rd Cyclone. The third Cyclone produces Middling and Reject. The coal slurry is filtered through Stainless Steel Sieve Bends. Thus water is separated and discharged to Pyramid Tanks. The excess slurry is carried to Slurry Pond for settling. Coal particles settle down and clear water is recycled to Operating Circuit through Pump. Thus operation reduces water consumption and hence least pollution.
