The machine has a heavy metal box in which a rotor with two types of breaking rings rotates with a moderate speed and a breaker plate is fixed on the robust body. It has a Screening chamber for required size production. All breaking and screening parts are made of high Manganese Steel for strength and longer life. These are easily replaceable. There is provision of gap adjustment which helps to adjust product size as required. The rotor is balanced with V Pulley and Fly Wheel is rigidly fixed and rotated with Heavy Duty Spherical Roller Bearings for trouble free production.
