(1) ONE (1) Belt Discharge Rotary Vacuum Drum Filter of size 8 ft. dia x 12’ long complete with the following:-

• 6 mm Thick M.S. Drum Shell and Drum Head

• Internal drum piping Mild Steel construction “C” Class (heavy duty)

• Stainless steel divisional drain channels. Open lattice polypropylene drainage decking grids. Channels covered with Neoprene Rubber Cess Chord.

• Cast Iron trunions, trunion bearings with gun metal liners. C.I. Rotary Valve 450 mm dia, Mild Steel pipe plate and C.I. wear plate.

• Mild steel fabricated tank 6 mm thickness with oscillating type agitator.

• Belt Wash assembly with side frames and Discharge Rollers

• Mild Steel wash pipes with Brass/Stainless Steel spray nozzles and wash trough

• Variable speed drum drive with 3 H.P x 1440 RPM motor.

• Fixed speed agitator drive with 3 H.P. x 1440 RPM motor.

(2) ONE (1) Filtrate receiver of mild steel construction size 1400mm dia x 1800 mm high, 6 mm thickness.

(3) ONE (1) Receiver Mounted Filtrate Pump C. I. construction with stainless steel impeller with 5 H.P. x 1440 RPM motor.

(4) ONE (1) Moisture trap Mild Steel construction 1000 mm x 1500 mm long x 6
mm thickness.
(5) ONE (1) Synthetic fabric for belt 3700 mm wide with close ends duly treated “Z” seal stitched open edges for stitching manually at the time of fitting length suitable for the filter.

EXCLUSIONS:

Following items are not included in our scope of supply:

1. All Civil, Structural and Foundation work

2. All Electrical except Electric Motors mentioned in our offer.

3. All piping with fittings required for any pipeline.

4. Transportation, transit insurance, handling (loading and unloading) and Erection at site.
